The Horninglow and Eton NDP was independently examined by a suitably qualified planning professional in November. The Inspector's Report is now available and can be found here. ESBC will publish a decision statement in January 2015.
Draft Neighbourhood Plan
In accordance with section 16 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 East Staffordshire Borough Council invited feedback from organisations and individuals on the Horninglow and Eton Neighbourhood Development Plan. The consultation period lasted for 6 weeks and ran from 11th August 2014 to 6th October 2014.

A draft version of the document underwent consultation March-April 2014 by Horninglow and Eton Parish Council. Comments made to the Parish Council from this consultation helped inform changes to the document submitted to East Staffordshire Borough Council. The Neighbourhood Development Plan, written by Horninglow and Eton Parish Council and working group proposes a number of policies on housing, transport and the environment.

It is the responsibility of the council to collate all the representations and pass them on to the independent examiner, who will look at them and the plan documents when assessing whether the plan meets the legislation and can therefore proceed to referendum.
Horninglow and Eton Parish Council consulted on their draft Neighbourhood plan from 3rd March to 14th April.
